Joint, back and neck pain
Aches in the knees, hips, back or neck can shrink your day to a few rooms. Your therapist looks at how you move in those rooms, eases stiffness with gentle hands-on care where it helps, and gives you movements that fit how you live.
This care is for you if
A knee, hip, shoulder or back limits your day
Mornings are stiff and it takes a while to loosen up
You avoid stairs, gardening or the car because of aching joints
You want to understand what helps and what to avoid

What a visit looks like
What we do
Your therapist asks about your day, watches you move and explains what they find in plain words.
What helps
Gentle movement, hands-on care where it suits you, and exercises matched to what you can do today.
What changes at home
Seat height, how you get out of bed, how you carry things. Small changes that take strain off a sore joint.
- Chest pain, trouble breathing, a sudden severe headache or pain, new weakness or numbness, loss of bladder or bowel control, or a fall with a head injury needs emergency care now. Call 911.
Questions about this care
Do I need to see my doctor first?
In Florida, you can start without a referral, within limits your therapist explains. Your plan may still ask for one. If your pain is new, severe or comes with other symptoms, see your doctor first.
Will it hurt?
Your therapist works within what you can tolerate and checks with you as they go. Tell them if anything is too much.
